4 Bedroomed Detached on former petrol station site
The planning and build of this 4 bedroomed detached house was done in such a way as to maximise the space available into useable luxurious living accommodation giving four decent-sized bedrooms, two en-suites, a house bathroom and downstairs a small study and utility room with downstairs toilet as well as a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Underfloor heating was installed downstairs and a condensing boiler gave the added advantage of constant hot water even when all bathrooms/en-suites were in use.
This was done within an irregularly shaped plot of land and upon starting the project it soon became apparent that the previous owners had not 'filled in' the large holes left by the petrol tanks used many years previous.
